Definition & Purpose
Technical professionals need to stay current with the latest advances in technology. Hiring managers need an objective measure of the knowledge level of applicants and employees. Both need a program that sets an industry standard of excellence--a standard that distinguishes certified professionals from their peers. The solution is the Oracle Certified Professional Program. It certifies professionals who can deliver increased productivity and reduced operating costs. It also helps managers identify proven performers who can fill key positions and enhance an organization`s information management capabilities. Oracle Certified Professionals have proven skills managing a large-scale database or developing robust applications that are deployed enterprise-wide.
